Talner has provided platinum-level service to my wife and I in terms of identifying, cleaning/polishing and repairing assorted jewelry. There are no hard sells for items or services, and Brian makes it a point to inform the customer how the cost of a repair compares to the intrinsic value of the item. I came here on the eve of my birthday, since my birthday falls on Super Bowl Sunday I
did not want to be around the crazy crowds. My husband treated me to a beautiful amethyst bracelet that I adore. I didn't get the name is the salesperson, but she was really helpful and hospitable she even threw in a couple of one liners lol. She wrapped my gift so beautifully and told me not to open it until my birthday. I will return and highly recommend this establishment to friends and family.
